Decent compensation, good benefits, solid work-life balance, and some great people to work with.

Cons

Management seems to have no clear direction, having implemented significant layoffs around 4 times over the past two years (last one in aug 2024) drastically reducing the workforce. They were also tone-deaf while laying off employees. If you work here, be prepared to be laid off at any time.

great benefits, flexibility, no micromanaging, content team was great

sudden urge to make people in office despite not having the desk spaces, ceo making statements about layoffs in a nonchalant manner, too much data and numbers that didn't seem to make sense or have purpose
