Pros

Some employees were great people and were amazing at what they did. Unfortunately, most were not.

Cons

Stay away! Horrible leadership, product has changed 5 million times, no one knows what they’re doing there and no ones wants to buy this product. CEO is the most disingenuous person I have ever met. Benefits are abysmal. Sales team got to go on vacations to the Caribbean with plus ones, while other employees hadn’t received monetary increases for promotions in a year. Commercial real estate is dead.

Passable culture below a certain level, decent people, good pay

Cons

Due to covid and a shift of most companies to WFH, or at least hybrid, working in 'commercial real estate' is not a great place. A lack of vision on how deal with this has really hurt them. There's a sense of willing blindness to this, pretending that everything will go back to pre-covid and be just fine. Combine that with a CTO that doesn't understand how human beings works and the slimiest CEO I've ever worked with, I'd say this is a company probably to be avoided.
