-Great work life balance -Great people -Interesting work / complex problem solving that is rewarding - Fast paced environment where problem solving / offering innovative solutions is encouraged - Ability to meet lots of interesting successful clients and understand the commercial real estate industry

Cons

- Commercial Real Estate industry is not performing well post COVID and as a result VTS enterprise value and revenue growth are declining - Widespread/consistent layoffs as a result of declining industry performance - Sales dominated culture where sales over execution are glorified -Leadership seems misguided in their allocation of resources/questionable decisions made overall which has resulted in consistent downsizing and lack of growth - Pay is not highly competitive / No 401k match
