      Pros

      Good pay, unlimited vacation days, great teammates, summer Fridays, and good benefits.

      Cons

      Low morale due to the recent rounds of layoffs, and the way they handle layoffs (you get a 15-minute meeting request in your calendar that's happening in an hour, after which you're immediately locked out of your laptop without even a chance to say goodbye). Very small/short support & pay after the layoff. Constant reorganizations and changes to the company structure. No RRSP matching.
