Great coworkers $15 for lunch every day if you’re in the office $1500 wellness and education stipend Pretty transparent C-level leadership

Cons

For VTS Rise: Leadership is unwilling to hear any complaints Treated like you’re in grade school. Literally given homework and forced to sit through half thought out lunch and learns and other training sessions Constantly “shamed” by leadership when something isn’t done right Jobs have no defined descriptions No way to know how you’re doing No way to advance Forced to go into the office but not enough space for everyone Instead to having open communication, you have to fill out a form to accomplish anything Leadership too busy to even know how employees are doing
