There is no real strategy coming down from management. They change strategy every quarter, get excited when they get investment and then when numbers are not hit have to make cuts. I’m amazed that they seem to be able to get more investment when their track record isn’t great on sales. The executive team are all ex brokers and don’t seem to have knowledge on how to market and sell technology. Currently just sell to ‘contacts’ old boys club but don’t know how to get into new companies.

Very Poor Management all over from your one up till top. CEO is ver short sighted, they don't know what they can deliver from the data they have, literally WASTEFUL time management. They hire people and then they fire people , lot of people in the company have been there for a long time (even for 10 years+) and they have no exposure of what going on and how to handle teams , employees, goals. NO Culture actually BRO culture and not in a good way (Dig at the CEO)
