- modern tech-stack - many kind and smart colleagues - relatively good work-life balance (if you are ok with the stress of constant change and an uncertain future)

Cons

- clueless leadership - many incompetent directors - constant pivots, lack of focus and direction - top down leadership approach - 3 rounds of layoffs in 2 years, each time with a accompanied by a re-org, it's very common for an employee to have been moved around to different team and have had multiple manager in a short period - low moral

Decent compensation, good benefits, solid work-life balance, and some great people to work with.

Cons

Management seems to have no clear direction, having implemented significant layoffs around 4 times over the past two years (last one in aug 2024) drastically reducing the workforce. They were also tone-deaf while laying off employees. If you work here, be prepared to be laid off at any time.
