      Pros

      Working with a ton of incredibly intelligent, motivated, and engaged employees. VTS is a great place to learn from your peers. Where the work still push you to up your performance and support you in doing so. The real estate industry is hungry for change and the VTS product is bringing them insights and tools like never before.

      Cons

      VTS is constantly striving to improve. The fast paced changes can cause confusion at times.

      Pros

      great team that truly does care about the product its producing. positive environment that is flexible and fun. cross team lunches and functions make you feel like you're part of the bigger picture.

      Cons

      feels like a substantially amount of whispering and constant hush-hush between managers and upper management. feels like you're either part of the club that gets all the news and goes to the clubs, or you're not. if you're not in, you can't get in.

      Pros

      The combination of being a part of an initiative that is single-handedly modernizing the commercial real estate industry and immersing myself among inspiring, brilliant people is what keeps me excited to work at VTS. New, even risky ideas are welcomed and encouraged.

      Cons

      The bridge between front facing employees and developers/product could be more robust and built out. While there is some evident disconnect between the two groups, company events and get-togethers always helps develop those necessary relationships.
