Really cool product that was ahead of its time in the world of CRE. Great people who work there from the top to bottom. Amazing clients who are forward thinking and really buy in to being partners Great office in NYC and solid W/L balance

Cons

have dealt with some major headwinds, mainly due to external factors. couple of bets that weren't necessarily bad bets, but were poorly timed, that timing was somewhat out of their control.

Pros

Salary, Canadian employees were a gem. I say 'were' because there are barely any left.

Cons

If you made me choose between working at VTS again or getting into a barrel, setting it on fire, and closing the lid—I’d choose the barrel. Leadership is completely disconnected from the product and continues to make one bad decision after another. It’s gotten so bad that there have been 5.5 rounds of layoffs, and it still doesn’t seem to be enough, as more people are being replaced by external contractors. I’ve also never seen a place with such a high level of customer churn.

Pros

This company was a very different place when I started, and I really enjoyed working for them in the beginning. Now, it's completely unrecognizable. Most of the perks have completely gone away. The only perks keeping me there (though I'm trying to leave!) are unlimited PTO and Summer Fridays. But it's just not enough.

Cons

-4 layoffs in 2 years, completely unstable and unreliable work environment. -Directionless leadership. -Uninspiring, unmotivating and depressing culture.
