- a very traditional company with IT solutions, the email system is so lag that the normal companies; it claims to be a telecommunications lead but uses Windows, and office tools that lasted 10-20 yrs ago. No $ to buy a new one. - you cannot imagine that most people are not working for meaningful and valuable works that keep abreast of the trend but just keep to save costs to operate and seize the opportunities to maximize the gain for the company, not considering the strengths and weaknesses of staff, push you to work as much as you can, finally not the concern of your output.
