      Pros

      VTrips has grown through acquisitions over the past couple of years. It is exciting to be part of a company with a clear strategy and vision. There have been changes in leadership but sometimes that is necessary when you are trying to accomplish greatness. The teams that I work with are incredible. We love working together and have so much fun. My manager always supports me. The benefits are way better than other companies. Starting with 3 weeks PTO shows that they care about my quality time outside of work. They also care about the community and allow us to take 16 hours off work to volunteer somewhere of our own choosing.

      Cons

      Change is hard and some people can't deal with it.

      Great Team! The benefit package is amazing, the pay is good and room for advancement.

      It is not an easy job and does require patience.

      Pros

      Can't say enough about this company. The company I worked for was acquired by VTrips and they have greatly improved our working environment. Great support staff and leadership. I'm learning so much and love that I get to connect with other employees from other markets that are facing the same challenges I face.

      Cons

      Summers in the short-term rental industry are tough to get through and can be demanding.
