      Pros

      Vtrips is a large company so the sky is the limit for career placement and advancement. There are so many different positions within this organization so there are many different opportunities for all skill levels and departments. Vtrips strives to stay competitive and takes an innovative approach in providing the best resources to employees for maximum personal and professional success.

      Cons

      Vtrips is constantly changing in order to stay ahead in this industry, which can be hard for some to accept. Change is wonderful and inevitable and allows the company to continually excel.

      Pros

      Good company to work for and you can learn a lot of new things while here.

      Cons

      Pay is to low for the amount of work they ask of you. Pay raises are horrible and to low. They promote people who can not get the job to to other departments while adding more work to the remaining team. They will let a good employee go just so they do not have to pay them extra money for adding more tasks to the work they already do.

      Pros

      Working from home, Good Pay. Training is easy and fast to learn. Insurance is offered and 401K. Vacation Pay. Holiday Pay, Sick pay. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. I have been with Vtrips 12 years this May.
