      Making the right moves for their customers and their employees

      Pros

      Customer service and maintenance has combined to become guest services. This ensures less wait times for guest to get their questions answered and spend more time enjoying their vacation. Management has implemented new streamlined processes to make it easier for the agents to do their jobs efficiently. The changes are well received and customer satisfaction as well as employee satisfaction continues to rise.

      Cons

      Being a 24 hour call center, late shifts are sometimes necessary; however, management does it's best to ensure equality across the board.

      Management team is very supportive, they always provide positive feedback. Every one in the team is very helpful.

      Need to install more light in the parking lot as it gets very dark outside at night
