      Pros

      I worked in Gatlinburg. The only pro was my hours, but they have since not been available.

      Cons

      They are always changing and not always for the better. It is owned by 1 man who has the final say in your career. He is out for himself and doesn't care about his employees.

      Poor work environment

      Pros

      Because all the agents are on the same boat and all being equally mistreated it causes us to bond together and grow closer. You build meaningful friendships there.

      Cons

      Negative work environment, you can not talk to your coworkers, if you 1 minute late from lunch or a break...expect to hear about it in those weak team meetings. Team meetings are set to bring down team moral and let everyone know your doing good a normal job, but here at vtrips you still not doing enough for us. You only bent over backwards and took our terrible treatment....you know what! Your fired.
