Pros

It's officially been a year that I've been with the company. The supervisors, head Vice Presidents as well as the President of the companies always make sure that their staff is taken care of. If you show that you are willing to work hard and always be open to change and growth then this is the place to work.

Cons

If there are any issues, management handles them! No cons.

Pros

Manager, Supervisors and Team Leads are amazing. VI truly has an open door policy. Management staff listens to every concern and values your ideas and opinions. VI encourages Family First and will adjust your work schedual to accomadate any issue that may arise. HR and Management go above and beyond to make our work days fun, never a dull week. When you work for Vacation Innovations, its like being part of a huge family and a team of dedicated people. No one at VI is JUST another employee, everyone is a someone. P.S.

Great Company with Phenomenal Opportunities

Pros

This is a company where they really are a tight knit family. You do well for them and they will take care of you. I was only employed 3 months before I was promoted and then 3 months later I was promoted again. My performance showed and they rewarded me with opportunities that I'm so appreciative of.

Cons

The cons are the same with any sales job, the hours are never 9am-5pm. You have to be willing to put in the effort to obtain the reward.
