Pros

From the first day I started my path at Vacation Innovations, I have always felt a positive and happy vibe. Looking forward to going to work everyday is a great feeling and has turned into a passion. Working is no longer a part of life. It has become a love.

Cons

Can't really think of anything bad to say about this company.

Pros

Flexible schedules, Managers are approachable, an awesome HR Department, great dress code, many opportunities to grow in the company, benefits begin after 60 days and friendly and diligent staff.

Cons

Medical benefits are a bit on the high end; but the dental and vision benefits are extremely affordable.

Pros

I was recently given an opportunity to work for V.I. and it has proved to be an amazing company. From day one I was received with kindness and smiles in what clearly seems to be a positive work environment. I felt very welcome and was well introduced which felt great. Employees seem to be highly acknowledged and kindly rewarded for their achievements. Because of this the company morale seems great. Definitely a Fun and professional place to work with great options for growth.

Cons

Nothing bad to say... They seem great with company events and activities but more employee perks like restaurant/hotel discounts for us to use outside of work would be grrreat. Oh and Gym access for us would be nice. :)
