      Really great coworkers and supportive executives

      Pros

      The marketing department feels like a family. Everyone is so supportive. The need to succeed is a shared effort and not dog eat dog like in other companies I’ve worked at. A ton of creative freedom regardless of your title. Truly a positive work environment and the perks/benefits are pretty good, too!

      Cons

      The team is small and needs to grow. But they are hiring a bunch of people currently so that looks like it’s in the process of changing.

      From the first day I started my path at Vacation Innovations, I have always felt a positive and happy vibe. Looking forward to going to work everyday is a great feeling and has turned into a passion. Working is no longer a part of life. It has become a love.

      Can't really think of anything bad to say about this company.

      Pros

      The company has a great work life balance, and work environment. The people are great, and it was a lot like a family. The management can be flaky at times, but overall I would say it was a great place to work.

      Cons

      The job can be stressful, because it is a commission base position but when the money is good, it's good. The main con is that the draw is minimum wage.
