The pay if you're in the top 1% of sales reps. 100% commission based and you have to keep your metrics of talk time and dials at a certain level or they'll turn off your leads. Too hard to keep the metrics at an attainable level to ACTUALLY make consistent enough money.

Cons

Micromanaged and feel like you can't do anything without you getting a recycled email about your effort even if you're a top performer.
