Not much room for growth as there used to be in the past.

Complete capitalism and the working environment you could literally write tons of money and sales and get paid pennies on the dollar you don’t even get paid on your commission you get paid off of a percentage. It’s a whole Lotta favoritism in that place as well too. they decide they want to win no matter how good you are and that’s the bottom It’s a lot of politics you literally place yourself in your financially livelihood. Is that deep risk working and a place like this because you do not get paid you’re living from paycheck to paycheck if that anybody who has made money or that money has been there for Has been there for over a decade and is definitely locked in at a certain percentage and brings in over 2,3,4million $ in sales to not even make half of that I honestly wouldn’t recommend this job to nobody and all reality there’s really only one part of the business that makes money and that’s on the first floor. That’s a complete shark tank people. There are the same ones that’s been making money there for over a decade.amount Everybody else just bottom feeders to make money everybody else
