As the title suggests, I've been working at Vacations To Go for over 11 years so you won't be surprised if I can think of quite a few pros - the people, the work itself (I work in the accounting dept), the opportunity to travel (and get the best advice on where to go!). The travel agents are an enthusiastic and outgoing bunch who are fun to work with.

Cons

I have to commute via highway 10 to get to work which is not easy but the company has allowed me to adjust my schedule so I like to come in early (and leave early) to avoid the worst of the traffic.

Pros

A company with big employer benefits but small enough to still know everyone. Management is continually focused on improving the work experience and everyone's ideas are welcomed. Many agents and management have been with the company 10 years or more (some much longer) which creates a feeling of job security that is rare to find at other employers.

Cons

Since the business is open retail hours some beginning shifts are during weekends and evenings. Scheduling improves quickly as seniority grows.

Vacations To Go is a great place to work for that offers many opportunities to earn good money and grow with the company. Upper management listens to the employees feedback and provides an excellent work environment. There is also ample opportunity for upward movement. They also take care of employees during tough situations like Harvey and also give back to the community.
