Despite the growth, the company has been able to maintain a unique family-like work culture that is a source of envy for anyone who's on the guest list at a VTG company event. Earning potential for Travel Counselors is uncapped and the leads are all incoming, plentiful and mostly qualified. On the Operations side, VTG promotes exclusively from within, which makes it possible to advance your career through management opportunities if that's the path you choose.

I have been happily working at Vacations To Go for over 20 years. Management greatly cares about employees, listens to suggestions and implements changes accordingly, provides incentives and opportunities for employees to make more money, and to make workplace a fun, safe place. Being in the Travel Sales business, travel benefits here are great; company picnics, contests and prizes are offered for employees and families to have fun together several times a year. The company sponsors charity causes, and encourages employees to be involved in volunteering activities to help each other and the community during the times of need, most recently Hurricane Harvey. It’s a good environment to make a living in!
