Coworkers are the best people I’ve ever worked with

Cons

Vaco steals a huge chunk of your salary from the company you actually work for and with. They don’t let you put that you work for that company (Google), only theirs which isn’t even true. They break the laws when it comes to use it or lose it PTO policy which is not legal in California and don’t pay us up to market in the Bay Area. What a horrible company.

A great team, and helpful and professional leaders.

Cons

Very repetitive work, with no challenges. No space to grow. No connection to the company and no chance of to wage increase. High pressures on the score.
