Business Outlook
Pros
Unlike other firms which change their staff and often their name at the drop of a hat because the business is competitive, VACO has kept staff so you are dealing with your same team getting you work. They are very good! I have known many of them for over a decade which is unheard of.
Cons
No paid health insurance. Rates for consulting have declined for top level professionals - companies don't want to pay decent billable rates. This makes you feel like you don't make enough to build a reserve for downtimes or to pay insurance.
