Pros
Vaco is a rare company that cares about and for their employees. They understand that their success is directly linked to employee performance and satisfaction. I love that my voice is heard, my work is valued, and I have room for growth. Vaco is defiantly a place I want to retire from.
Cons
Like many companies, Vaco is striving to improve their policies, benefits, and employee packages. This is an ongoing process that we, as employees, see forward progress, thus making this less of a con and more of a pro.
