Pros

I work in the HR department and the people in that department are caring, compassionate, and concerned people. They strive to provide the best support for all departments.

Cons

Being a predominately seasonal employer, the company attracts young employees with little job commitment; they are there for the party experience. Therefore, there is a high turnover rate in some departments.

Pros

Ski pass. Discounts on hard goods and on mountain food. ProMotive membership.

Cons

Low pay for the work which is fun but a grind in core high when the quotas are so high it's difficult to interact with the customer. The survey has become much too long and intrusive.

Pros

Challenging, rewarding work for a company that is growing. Good product. Great work culture

Cons

Inconsistency in positions and job duties across the various resorts. Management has great incentives, flexible time off and growth potential. A have and have not environment
