      Fun Culture, but overworked and underpaid

      Pros

      The culture of the office is great, you get to go on a ski day for work at least once a year, and the company really tries to connect its employees in Broomfield to the mountain. Its easy to relate to the product, and overall a fun company with great people.

      Cons

      Like pretty much everyone here will say its pay. The benefits are great, but when you are asked to put in 50-60 hours a week and feel underpaid at 40 hours it can be hard to get motivated.

      Cons

      pay raises insignificant, local workforce often in a malaise, low pay for high responsibility jobs, hiring can be frustrating hoop jumping, transient workforces
