Pros

Literally only the ski pass and discounts at stores

Cons

very gossip-y and at times unprofessional workplace, complete lack of concern for individual employees (people are treated as verrry disposable), lack of communication between departments and management/staff. I was threatened multiple times with losing staff housing if I did not pick up more hours during employee shortages even though my lease agreement stipulated 30 hours per week minimum and even though I knew of others working less than part-time hours in different departments who had no problems with keeping their housing. Very hypocritical company where different rules apply to different people depending on who is on their radar. Trying to get a response or any from HR can be a nightmare and take weeks.
