      Pros and Cons like any job, mostly a decent place to work

      Pros

      Nice downtown location, friendly co-workers, growing quickly. The software is easy to use, well designed and developers are mostly at the same location.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit below average, benefits could be a bit better. Management did not always take care of issues that were raised and needed addressed.

      Inspiring mission, wonderful team members.

      Leadership (or lack there of). This leadership has time and again set impossible expectations to customers which were never aligned with reality. Several talent left the company. Unsure of its path ahead.
