Fails to conduct AIAG standards on injection molded product. Does not conduct PPaP on any injection molded product for BMW, Nissan, or Subaru. No working emergency exit doors, oil leaking from all 10 Engel machines and management choosing to build dams around machines versus repair. No press, mold, or automation maintenance. Ventilation hazards due to oil being outgassed from injection tools. No A/C forcing excessive temperatures of 100'F. Hurting workers and assets. No realtime metrics (they have 3 employees staffed as "part counters".) Employees working more than 12 hours a day and 7 days a week. Managment talks down about employees openly. No metrology for quality control/in process or start up measurement. Management and sales have over sold capacity and are incapable of making demand. Choose to reprimand technicians for not making demand despite basic math showing we oversold and downtime of machines due to no PM being issued. Documents being falsified. Metrics falsified. Employee time cards falsified. Running incorrect materials(resin) into molds. A plethora of other infractions... This plant is worthy of a documentary/case study in how to not run injection molding.
