Lot of additional plus work needs to be done due to the management tunnel vision. We have to decide which one is more important the Customer or the Management? :)

This is a really innovative company. There is a lot of changes and movement within the company, and the ambition to create great products. Due to the company dynamic, carreer moves may present themselves. But some managers are real carreer stoppers.

Cons

This is partly due to the fact the company developps new products, but there is a lack of know-how and chaos that can generate a lot of stress. Benefits are good when comparing to other industries. But standard package (salary and bonuses) is lower than in other automotive industry company. Authoritarian management with a lot of stress
