      Pros

      Overwhelmingly, the people you work with are the best reason to work here. A very diverse working environment with helpful and engaging colleagues working as a team. Excellent benefits available including flexible working arrangements and fair compensation.

      Cons

      Corporate culture conflicts with the small company feel. Lack of transparency in decision making. Communication needs to be improved.

      Wide variety of oppurtunities. They pay very good money. Work environment is so good. Colleagues are friendly.

      Cons

      I feel that lots of unorganized project management are going on. Too much money invested on Reasearch and Development but they might not be efficient due to lot of bad management stuffs.
