Likewise to the pros, projects are very fast paced. There are at times urgencies in each which come up and need urgent attention. Being able to adapt and being flexible is a quality needed. As a positive switch this keeps everyday new and keeps the work from getting mundane.

Company suffers from transparency between team members and project managers. Lack of communication from upper management and their team captains and architects. Some executives and project managers are condescending especially the owner. Four months into my employment I started working on my portfolio and looking for jobs because the environment was unprofessional and toxic. People are late to meetings, make unprofessional comments via email and iChat messages, team leaders fail to take responsibility for failures and throw junior and entry level employees under he bus. I have never worked for a company that has had so many internal issues and fails to take responsibility or actions. I knew a good set of 8 people that were simultaneously looking for a job and waiting to quit. It is hard to be happy there with all of these issues. Not to mention people are constantly being fired and hired with. I warnings. During my short time there I have seen and go at least 10-20 people come and go.
