You will get experience in construction drawings.

Cons

- Poor leadership from the execs and upper management - No opportunities for growth, mentorship or support unless you're a favorite of the execs. - No flexibility on working hours or work from home options. - Micromanagement and lack of accountability from the managers.

Pros

My journey with Valerio Architects was full of constant movement, innovation, and growth.

Cons

There were numerous IT technicalities, as we were a satellite office and kind of depended on our headquarters in CA. The IT tech even flew to NYC on the weekend. fantastic!
