Friendly environment, office location, opportunities inside the company. Standard and predictable projects if you’re interested in that. Good office organization. Juniors will find a nice place to start in the industry.

Cons

Non-flexible hours, some antiquated office and PTO policies. Projects are very repetitive. Low compensation compared to other firms.
