Pros

Best pay, benefits, and perks in SA. The gym is great; we have a basketball court, tennis and pickle ball courts. We have a daycare to help parents. We have a health clinic with nurses and doctors. As well as a mail room to send/receive packages

Cons

Only downside I can think of is that they do not believe in WFH or hybrid schedules
