      Work is good, but bureaucracy is not.

      Pros

      The job posed great pay, great experience in a refinery setting, and workers who were both bright, goal-oriented, and very friendly.

      Cons

      Struggles with bureaucracy were shown time and time again in the workplace. Also, operators were not as nice as other manufacturing plants. No cafeteria, poor workout facilities, and old building.

      No weekends, some paid holidays, good benifits with matching 401k, lots of room for advancement, good support from managment, large company,

      Cons

      Some of the area managers are micro managers and make it hard ofr you to do you job, no paid vacation the first year and only one week the second year

      Pros

      Is a very people oriented environment, most co-workers are friendly and easy to work with. Compensation and benefits are very good as compared to similar companies. Also not impossible to movie up the ladder if employee improves with time.

      Cons

      Like all places, many things can become political. People will always talk. At times job can become too repetitive and boring.
