Pros

The leadership team is engaged, passionate, and consistently provides us with support. I love how they are constantly evolving and how they always try to keep things fresh. I have never worked for such a passionate group of leaders. Their response to Covid -19 has been nothing short of remarkable.

Cons

We are learning how to operate a sales team due to the current limitations with Covid-19. The Con is NOT about the company, but it is challenging to "sell" when we can't get out into the field. I was required to enter something into this box.

Valet Living cares deeply about their employees, listens and is compassionate about providing a fun, safe and healthy overall work experience for all. Pay is great, leaders are genuine and humble. If you are a hard worker and ready to make a lot of money, this is the place for you!!

Good intro to managment career, absolutely no work life balance, micromanaging senior director of operations.

Good intro for anyone new to management, your neighboring district managers will assist you starting off.

Cons

Absolute no work life balance. Super high turnover, micromanagement from upper, residents lie all the time when in actuality they're at fault for not following guidelines. Too many unnecessary meetings.

We recognize that our District Managers have a challenging job and are working hard to provide them with all of the tools and resources to be successful. Our turnover for our part-time workforce is something we are working on. While it's consistent with industry average, we are working hard to incorporate competitive pay, rewards and proactive recruitment activities to stay ahead of vacancies.
