Pros

World class response to clients and associates during COVID 19. Not a single person on the Doorstep Valet (trash collection) side of the business has been furloughed or released due to COVID 19. Visionary CEO. Engaged senior leadership team. Good pay and benefits. Exceptional Servant Leader culture.

Cons

Not for everyone. The work is of a physical nature and generally during the evening.

Pros

Work from home. Sales training

Cons

Literally everything else. No support from management. Impossible sales quotas. Lack of leadership. No regard or respect for established client relationships and credibility of team and brand. No benchmark for market trends or collaboration to pivot approach of opportunities. Everyone is disposable. No coaching or support to keep teams on track.Plays favorites and doesn't explore all perspectives before making decisions for the sake of the team. Ignores how impactful client relationships and networks are. No respect for work/life balance and bordering unethical responses to personal matters. Doesn't pay out commissions if you aren't employed the day payroll cuts the check. Overall bad business practices. Deceptive and dishonest. Says one thing and does complete opposite. Created tense and hostile work environment between team members resulting in resentment and mistrust. Constantly changing comp plan and impossible goals to reach based on current market penetration and forecasts.

Thank you for taking the time to share a review. I’m sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your time here. Change is constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that is fast paced and frequently changing. Our Regional Sales Executives have a challenging job and we work hard to provide them with the rewards, tools, resources, training and support to be successful. Thank you again for taking the time to leave this review and we wish you the best in your career.

Our District Managers have a challenging job and the split shift schedule is definitely not for everyone. We’d love to learn more about your experience and how we can improve.
