Pros

Company benefits, lots of opportunity to grow, good management, flexibility, military friendly, parking stipend to cover some of the costs.

Cons

Parking- High cost and parking can be a pain during the day of an event. Compensation- Very low pay considering the work being done.

Upper management is clueless. Year over year goals are increased with no reasoning ..... structure of sales abs commissions changes without any viable reasons and upper management can’t even agree on compensation ... 65% of sales force is gone within 24 months, two sales managers in 2 years who do nothing but manipulate the CRM and crunch numbers. You’ll need successful if you drink the kool aid

Change is constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that changes daily. Related to your comments on our sales environment, we pride ourselves on having high expectations of our associates. Those without the drive or grit, will not be successful here. We have worked diligently to provide a comprehensive and competitive commission structure that rewards producers.
