Pros

Flexible schedule, company vehicle,

Cons

One day per week off, if you are lucky, always working and usually late into the night and back at it in the morning No overtime as you are salaried. You get used and abuse then they promote women and P.o.c. that are incompetent.

Pros

The absolute ONLY PRO is being able to work from home.

Cons

The company has hired more VPs of every aspect they could. The HR Department - ONE individual has falsely accused employees without proper evidence or back up, they solely rely on the “feeling” and “intuition” to make decisions.

Pros

As a district manager you are able to control your work life balance. You are able to work from home and you get a company vehicle to use for your property visits. It's not very difficult at all. The most important key to making your job successful is staying staffed and constantly recruit. Upper management is easy to work with and there is constant communication.

Cons

You have to be thick skinned. You cannot take complaints personal. You also have to be good at customer service. Pay could be more.
