Pros

flexible hours, ok pay, and i really enjoyed the crews I've worked with.

Cons

cold weather and call outs without any help and your still expected to complete the job in the same amount of time without help

Flexible hours, company vehicle, good boss

Cons

Demanding on your time. Even though it is flexible, you better be ready to answer phone and email, even when on PTO.

Pros

Work weeks are Sunday - Thursday so weekends are still yours. Reliable weekly hours and little to no interaction with residence. Managers have been responsive to needs and are quick to respond to any issues. Lots of physical exercise.

Cons

Have to work in all weather (rain/snow) and use your own vehicle. This can suck with trash isn't properly tied (comes untied) or has a rip that isn't noticeable. because all that ends up in the truck when you finish. Also, some residents aren't putting out clean trash and it is unpleasant to find "surprises" from leaking bags
