Pros

Ridiculous amounts of free time. Zero schedule other than what you plan out. Full benefits, company truck, gas card, credit card, health, dental, 401k, base plus commission pay, 2 weeks off a year with rollover days.

Cons

Low starting salary. When you do work it may be from 8pm to midnight. Then getting up early am next day is always a downside.

Pros

I have been with the company for over 2 years. Everyday has been enjoyable. Sure there is always some amount of stress and pressure, but this atmosphere make it easy. everyone gets along and works well together. This is a direct effect of the tone set by the upper management. I'm so glad I accepted the position 2 years ago.

Cons

I can't find any cons to talk abot

Pros

Truck, gas card, cell phone, iPad

Cons

Any review with nothing in the con section be leery. Nearly everyone in ops will have something to say. Little support from upper management. High turnover rate for valets. DMs pick up trash most nights. Not a split shift most days go from 9am to past midnight. More and more put on DM.
