Pros

It is a 5 days a week nightly great workout working alone sense in Pride of your properties which are the same ones every night Time off if needed with advanced notice. Great area manager supervisor. Easily to contact and talk to.

Cons

Don't get paid for any holidays so if you have the night off when you go to work you have twice as much material to handle. The owners of the company still trying to get properties under contract that they have no clue how long or hard it takes to do properties if it's brand new. I think the leads need to be more on site and help new employees better.

When determining holiday pay for part-time employees, various factors come into consideration, including location, the number of hours worked, and company policy. We strive to be transparent about this during the hiring process, but we appreciate your feedback and will continue to look for ways to support our team members. Your advice about ensuring property management communicates the necessary protocols to tenants is valuable. We do collaborate with property management to ensure tenants are well-informed about the service and to reduce the burden on our Service Valet's. While we strive to improve this communication, it is challenging to determine if property management is consistently providing the proper protocols to tenants or if tenants are paying attention to the information. We will continue to work on enhancing this aspect of our service. Thank you for your continued hard work and for sharing your insights.
