Pros

I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for this company.

Cons

Pay cuts, lack of raises, position cuts, benefit/stipend eliminations - all while top management brags about how well the company is doing on meetings.

Pros

Work / life balance was supported

Cons

HR and management do not address concerns or support career development; don't trust PTO hours on your paystub as they change the rules to suit their bottom line; honesty and integrity are pushed on Associates but management and HR do not lead by example

Pros

You get to work with pilots, assisting them with their training. In order to ensure the flight simulators are functioning properly, part of your job is piloting the aircraft and testing different characteristics of the trainer. There is good job security in between contracts (every 5 years or so.)

Cons

Your job is on the chopping block every 5 years and they are always conjuring up new sly ways to either cut the workforce down, pay you less and cut your hours to knock you out of Full Time with benefits towards "Part Time On Call" with sub par benefits. The job is seriously great! However, keep in mind that Valiant Integrated is a serious penny pincher; so much so that even their employee time recording program seems like it is one step past MS DOS. Their benefits packages are EXTREMELY expensive, so much so that my family would sink if we paid into their offered plans; Instead, we route the money for health and welfare to outside health insurance companies.
