      Freedom to work as you see fit. Great benefits. Good culture.

      Cons

      They do have lots of events, but you don’t need to attend.

      Pros

      I have worked for Valiant Solutions for over 4 years and love the corporate culture and how much leadership cares! I have great co-workers who communicate and listen to one another to encourage growth. Our company understands work-life balance and provides ways to connect and collaborate with others in the team.

      Cons

      Being in a remote work environment, it can be challenging to engage with others and especially over the last year as we haven't been able to do our normal gatherings like picnics and happy hours. However Valiant has created some virtual events and ways to connect with one another. Hopefully we will be able to get back to in person events soon!
