5yWe appreciate your feedback! Valiant believes in open communication with our team by holding semi-annual town hall meetings where our leadership shares a business review, our corporate goals, and future growth opportunities. In addition, during the town hall we review any HR updates, Corporate Culture and events upcoming, as well as anything else of note for that time. Our CEO is also always available for any questions or one on one discussions and also has a system in place for anonymous feedback.

5yThank you for taking time to share feedback with us! Valiant Solutions values our company culture and it's been a tough year not being able to get together face-to-face. We are hopeful to soon be able to get back to our in person events such as the company picnic, happy hours, and holiday party. In the meantime, we've received positive feedback on our newly implemented Virtual Events Program, which includes a variety of ways for our employees to interact.
