      Pros

      Valiant is a great company to work for with an excellent benefits package. I have been with Valiant for a little less that 2 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. They are a very forward looking company who take great feedback from their employees in order to improve their processes. They truly care about their employees and they dont hesitate to send employees on training or classes when necessary.

      Well managed organization Team driven atmosphere Pay is in line with the market Takes care of the employees other than just a pay check.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for Valiant Solutions. The leaders of the company are good people who truly care about the well-being of their employees. They are constantly making improvements to the business to better the workflow and employee moral. Another great thing about VS is the corporate culture. I've attended several events hosted by VS. They know how to make their employees feel welcome and appreciated! I see big things in the future for Valiant.
