I have worked for Valiant Solutions for 7 years and it is far and away the best place I have ever worked! We are a close team where everyone is valued and their opinion matters. The management team cares and is flexible to adjust to industry changes. It has been a pleasure to see our company and team grow and I look forward to an exciting future ahead.

They seem to really care about all the people. I just like them and how they treat me. I also notice they seem to treat junior staff well. Should be an exciting company to work for in the future

Cons

They have grown a significant amount last year. So there were a few growing pains that I observed. However seems like they are on a good track now

I have worked with Valiant for a long time and they have given me numerous opportunities for personal growth, professional growth, and income growth. They are a "small business" by definition but growing quickly and becoming a real player in the cybersecurity space. I would highly recommend working for them if you can find a good opening that matches up with your skills and goals.
