      Pros

      Worked at Valicor for several years before leaving for another opportunity more in line with my skill set. Enjoyed the daily technical challenges and the cooperative nature of the team when solving problems. Employs dozens of very bright and experienced field and office personnel in the field of separation technology. A great place to work for motivated and ambitious people interested in technical challenges.

      Cons

      Rapid growth over the years requires constant change and continuous hiring of new personnel which inevitably leads to some turnover as some new hires don't work out. Culture is very entrepreneurial and not bureaucratic which can be a shock to new employees accustomed to a much more rigid big company environment. Can be slow to react to those hiring mistakes.
