      Pros

      The office portion of the facility is very nice. If you work in the shop be prepared to freeze in the winter and swelter in the summer.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional, very political, lots of backstabbing. Most of the management I worked with was completely comfortable throwing you under the bus if it would make them look good. If you get into the CEO's good-ole-boy network you'll be fine; otherwise, watch your back.
